Should you, for whatever reason wish to receive your money back for any digital (downloadable) product you have purchased from us, just let us know within 30 days of your purchase and we will, without question return to you the full purchase price.
This is NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
Just let us know and we will initiate the refund to you.
Furthermore, if you have any problem with any material products (such as face masks, hand antiseptics etc) we will take it up with the supplier on your behalf. Just let us know.
Rest assured however, whilst we are meticulous in our choice of material products suppliers (for both price and customer service), please note we are only an affiliate re-seller and have no control over the refund and return policies of those suppliers or manufacturers.
Having said that, whilst our suppliers are rigorously (blind) tested for customer service and return policy, should we discover any of our suppliers treat our customers with any less respect and value as we do ourselves, we will have no hesitation to change to alternate suppliers. Again, please let us know if you run into any issues.
